Umbria Wine Dinner
Follow us to Umbria for an evening by way of a four course dinner with wine pairings. Umbria is a little mysterious and hard to know but its cuisine and wines are well worth discovering. First of all, it's a truffle heavy region and second, it's home to the profession of norcineria, the art of curing pork into salami, etc. We will feature white wine from Orvieto, red wine from Montefalco and a surprise or two.
